ABOUT US

We started off this journey looking for a property manager to manage our assets for us, but then we found out that there was no one really around the Tri-County area that you could work with. We desire to meet this demand by bringing long term & short term property management & property watch services to the area. We aim to develop a team that would be the leading organization in the area. We invest in properties that are comfortable to live in and would be proud to call our home. 

 

Kevin and Liam met in 2019 before Liam left to attend Holland College in PEI. We both agreed that we would invest, and create something that we would be proud of. We joined forces and brought our unique skill sets and go-get it attitudes to bring us 3 rental properties in less than a year. We intend to grow steadily and for the long term gain. Right now we are concentrating on providing our tenants and future clients with exceptional services that are second to none in the area.
