₁ 3 Month Guarentee. If the tenant doesn't pay their first 3 months, we will give you a full refund on your management fee's.
₂ This fee will be waived by LPT if you sign on as a client for any of our property management services. If you choose to not sign on as a client with LPT, then you will be billed the $150 to do a property evaluation.
₃ Property Valuation Services will be limited to 3 valuations. For the platinum plan. Investors can buy extra evaluations for $150
